Once your samples have been received at our laboratory, it will usually take 4-5 weeks to fully test the swabs and give results and detailed report. DNA testing is a delicate process, and shouldn't be rushed. 

 

Your dog’s DNA samples are scanned into our database and allocated to a lot for analysis. It then undertakes handling to extract the DNA from your dog’s cells and the DNA is examined at the 321 markers that are used in our laboratory.

 

You will be receiving emails with your tracking number to update you on the progress of your results.
